We offer a gold-standard physiotherapy service for a multitude of issues. All of our physiotherapists are highly trained and skilled and all hold post graduate qualifications in addition to their physiotherapy training.

We will conduct a thorough assessment and diagnosis to understand where the issue lies. Unlike some clinics, we can provide specialists for each clinical area to give a diagnosis, including ordering scans and referring to necessary specialists. Damage to your soft tissue, bones or nerves may result in pain, pins and needles, numbness, swelling, bruising, stiffness or weakness. That’s where we come in. Our physiotherapists will work with you to establish which structure has been damaged and how. By understanding what caused the injury, we can focus on treating it and preventing it from recurring. We focus on solution-based treatment rather than you relying on our long-term input.

Following this, we will discuss your treatment goals and create a plan that suits you. This may include joint and soft tissue mobilisation and manipulation; taping of joints and injured tissues; acupuncture; exercise prescription; clinical Pilates; Shockwave Therapy or sports-specific rehabilitation.

We will also carry out a biomechanical assessment here at our physio clinic, which includes posture correction and gait analysis.
